Exchange Policy

At Her, we maintain a strict no exchange policy.

We do not provide exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color preferences
  • Change of mind
  • Different styling expectations
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Any personal preferences after delivery

All orders are considered final once confirmed and dispatched.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order details
  • A complete unboxing video recorded from start to finish without edits or cuts

Please note:

  • Photos alone will not be accepted as proof
  • Claims made without an unboxing video may not be considered
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review

After verification, our support team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution if applicable.
