Eligibility for Returns
We only accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue.
- The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing/unpacking video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for verification.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Size issues or change of mind.
- Minor color variations due to photography or screen settings.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims without a proper unpacking video.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Complete unpacking video
- Once verified, our team will approve the return request and provide further instructions.
