Refunds are only processed for approved return cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–8 business days.
  • Customers may be asked to provide bank account details for the refund.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
  • The unpacking video is unavailable or unclear.
  • The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
