Exchange Policy
At Her, we maintain a strict no exchange policy.
We do not provide exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Color preferences
- Change of mind
- Different styling expectations
- Sale or discounted products
- Any personal preferences after delivery
All orders are considered final once confirmed and dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a claim, customers must provide:
- Order details
- A complete unboxing video recorded from start to finish without edits or cuts
Please note:
- Photos alone will not be accepted as proof
- Claims made without an unboxing video may not be considered
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review
After verification, our support team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution if applicable.
